How is Autism JAM raising money and where is it going?
Since it’s is our first year, and this is a grassroots effort using 100% out-of-pocket funds, we have teamed up with Autism Speaks and are using their donation collection system through the Walk Now for Autism site. This is to ensure smooth operation, tracking, tax receipts, security, and proven process. We’ve set up a team page and that’s where we’re pointing people to collect donations. There’s no need to join the team or sign up to walk (unless you want to).
